Lithium Battery Technology

Cylindrical cells are used in the advanced construction of our batteries. Each cell is individually bolted to stabilizing panels to create efficient power distribution. The battery cells are arranged in series/parallel combinations to create the voltage and amp hour rating required, all firmly fastened into a strong steel case. Our factory has been producing Lithium ion batteries for over a decade. Always at the forefront of technological advancements, a new facility was opened in the summer of 2013.

Each of our batteries comes with a built in protection system that safeguards the lithium power source, preventing damage to the battery and your application. Our advanced battery management system features a board of mosfets that open, disconnecting the current should the voltage spike above 15.8 volts or drop below 9 volts for a 12 volt battery. In addition, we have included a flame retardant chemical added to the electrolyte inside of each cell. This reduces any chance of fire or explosions.

Truly a deep cycle battery, Lithium batteries have no memory, zero resistance, and can use 100% of their capacity. One cycle is fully discharging and recharging the battery.

Provides Built In Protection. Automatic testing voltage, temperature, current, insulation level, & advanced battery balancing technology.

INDIVIDUAL CELL PROTECTION:
Each battery cell is individually protected & monitored by our advanced BMS, ensuring the best performance possible. Each internal cell also has a built in fuse installed for extra safety protection. The fuse will disconnect if the system senses any malfunctions. Every cell functions independently, and the battery will continue to function even if cells disconnect.

EXTRA SAFETY PROTECTION INCLUDED:
Lithium Ion Batteries over the past few years have been a concern. Our batteries are the safest in the industry because we use a Lithium Iron Phosphate material with a fire resistant barrier. This includes a stainless steel explosion proof design.

ADVANCED DESIGN FEATURES

CELL DESIGN:
The Lithium Battery Company Cell Model 32650 LiFePO4 has a capacity of over 6AH with 3000-5000 Life Cycles.  The ratio of weight versus energy is 130Wh/Kg. The Life of the battery can reach up to 15 years. Each cell is bolted together for strength and efficient electrical conduction. 

TRIPLE PROTECTION:
1. Upon high temperature, the diaphragm shuts down the inner ion cell. 
2. If the cell casing senses high internal pressure, the positive and external current will cut off. 
3. If the internal pressure is over 1.5 Mpa, the valve will safely discharge the pressure.
